Mud Bank Climb;- The mud bank is 85ft high, Don't Look Down....! First you will have to negotiate a 12ft "A-Frame Ladder, you will then be faced with an 85ft climb, your assent will be aided by ropes! This will be a test of your upper body strength and a test of skill and agility.... A full safety brief will be given to explain correct teqnique..!
